The challenge
Australian Seniors Insurance Agency is a provider of insurance products targeted at Australians aged over 50. The organisation approached Luminary to create a website that was responsive, more modern in its design and more accessible to a mature target audience. The site also needed to be more intuitive for staff to use, with a CMS that they could update easily.
The solution
Luminary completely redesigned the look and feel of the site, giving it a fresh, clean and uncluttered appearance to make it easier for seniors to use effectively. The design also incorporated very clear calls to action, with 'Click to Call' and 'Easy Quote' features being critical aspects of the redesign.
Furthermore, the new site is fully responsive, displaying on mobiles with 'sticky' calls to action and giving users easy and consistent access to 'Get a quote' and 'Call us' buttons. Tables throughout the site (offering comparisons of different insurance packages) have also been designed to be fully responsive.
The result
The new website design has resulted in a significant increase in user satisfaction, as well as an increase in online quotations for insurance. This site also won a Gold Award of Excellence for Structure and Navigation in the 2016 Communicator Awards.
