Strategic client services

Not everything is about specific deliverables. We prioritise our unique working relationships with your teams and strive to achieve a mutually rewarding partnership.

We understand that our success is measured by your success. Our client services team is dedicated to ensuring that we consistently deliver on our promises.

Central to our strategic client service offering is our team of Client Partners. Your dedicated Client Partner will make every effort to ensure that you have a positive experience working with Luminary, from the point of onboarding through to continuous improvement and growth of your digital assets.

Your Client Partner will work closely with your team to develop a deep understanding of your organisation, maintaining a strategic view of your long-term objectives, actively managing any significant issues, and guiding you to optimise your commercial outcomes.

While your Producer will take care of the day-to-day aspects of running your project, your Client Partner will oversee the relationship from a broader perspective, remaining highly connected to your organisation and ensuring that you receive optimal value out of your partnership with Luminary.
