Jess is a content and SEO weapon that masters creativity and strategy in equal measure.

Jess's role sits squarely between content and SEO, bridging the two worlds to create strategic and memorable content for clients. Before joining Luminary, Jess worked as Head of Content and Head of SEO within a range of esteemed agencies, working on an impressive portfolio of clients like Flight Centre, Myer, Snooze, mycar, Open Universities, and more. Jess also owned and managed her own business, where she offered services that went beyond simple SEO consulting, including intent-based strategies, search psychology and digital PR.

To date, the highlight of Jess' career has been building content departments from scratch (twice), increasing a client market share by 1435% in their service category, growing a client's digital conversion rates by 600% in six months, and more.

When Jess isn't writing, editing, or digging into complex SEO issues, you will find her at CrossFit, swimming, exploring the local hinterland or hanging out with her family.
